We offer a free monthly guided meditation and access to free recordings to assist transformational healing, and creating a better state of mind, body and health. 

Receive a free recording (up to 30 minutes duration) on the first Monday of every month, so you can mindfully take care of yourself and experience the benefits that deep rest and inner stillness provides. The challenge is to commit to listening to the recording every day or as often as you can throughout the month. Nicole recommends scheduling your meditation practices alongside an already established habit. A suggestion is to meditate after you brush your teeth in the morning. These guided meditations are a simple and powerful way to install the experience of balance, harmony & wholeness into your subconscious and as a result improve the state of your mind-body & health.
